Our Responsibilities don't end with finding an appropriate tenant, once your property is occupied, we follow-up with: · Ensuring the rent is paid on time
· Depositing rent directly to you account each month
· Conducting regular property inspections, reporting back to you after each inspection advising the condition of the property
· Monitoring the maintenance requirements of your property. Notifying you of any repairs before they are carried out
· Addressing issues with the tenants when they arise and
· Paying your Land and Water Rates as they fall due
· Supplying you with a detailed statement at the end of each and every month
